Production has started on "Piratengeschichten"! The 13-part stopmotion TV-series is a coproduction between Studio Soi and Halle-based animationhouse.

The project was supported by the funding of the MFG (Medien- und Filmgesellschaft Baden-Württemberg) as well as the  MdM (Mitteldeutsche Medienförderung) and will be aired by German broadcaster "Kinderkanal" end of 2004.
